Rob Donnelly, a licensed clinical social worker, obtained his master's degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his Ph.D. from St. Louis University. Much of his work has focused on adolescents and emerging adults experiencing homelessness in the St. Louis community in mental health and housing programs.
Rob has experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, PTSD, and trauma, as well as communication, relationship and self-esteem issues. In his practice Rob draws on CBT, DBT and strengths-based practices, believing that, to be effective, therapy must be individualized for each individual. It is only through a holistic, person-centered approach that progress can be made.
