All bar certification forms should be given to the School of Law Registrar's Office for completion. Students who plan to sit for any state bar must have a final transcript sent from the School of Law Registrar.
Once all grades have been posted for all classes, graduates will receive an email from the School of Law Registrar indicating they can request an official transcript for their state bar. Please remember that professors have up to 25 days from the end of the exam period to enter grades. It is imperative that you do not request your final transcript until you receive email notification from the Registrar. The "degree awarded" and the "date the degree was awarded" must be posted to your final transcript as most state bars will not accept transcripts without this information.
You will receive this email at your slu.edu address. Your SLU email will terminate five years after your graduation. You have the option of transferring your SLU email account to your new preferred account, so you can still easily receive communications from the Registrar's Office regarding diplomas and final class ranks.
You may request your transcript through the University's transcript request service.
