Black Alumni Association Awards

老司机福利网鈥檚 Black Alumni Association (BAA) recognizes individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the Black community through their religious, cultural, civic, professional and educational endeavors and achievements.

厂尝鲍鈥檚 Distinguished Black Alumni Award and Emerging Leader Award are given out annually at the Ernest A. Calloway Black Alumni Association Prayer Breakfast. 

Distinguished Black Alumni Award 

SLU's Distinguished Black Alumni Award recognizes and celebrates exceptional alumni who have consistently excelled in their personal and professional accomplishments, shown leadership in their community or made a substantial impact on society. 

The nomination deadline is Jan. 31, 2025. The award is not given posthumously. 

Emerging Leader Award

SLU's Emerging Leader Award recognizes individuals from the Black community who have made significant contributions to BAA and/or their profession, while also demonstrating potential for leadership and ongoing service.

The nomination deadline is Jan. 31, 2025. Nominees need not be a SLU graduate, however, the award is not given posthumously.
